Our Team

Penny Baker has been Chief Executive of Lincolnshire Tourism since March 1998 and has actively championed Lincolnshire and the visitor economy at home and abroad for over 10 years.

 

She is a great believer in gaining market advantage and media attention for Lincolnshire by delivering our marketing and quality campaigns enthusiastically, energetically and passionately. She feels that Lincolnshire has a fantastic resource in the Lincolnshire Tourism team and a great visitor experience for all visitors fortunate to discover it for themselves.

 

Lincolnshire Tourism has a marketing team of 9 staff with expertise in a whole range of marketing communications. We have specialists in media relations, travel trade, digital and consumer marketing. Our team are friendly, creative and highly professional.

 

The Marketing team are supported by our Commercial team of 3 people who encourage businesses and local authorities to gain maximum advantage of marketing opportunities.

 

Our Industry Manager has an out and about role, visiting businesses and groups country wide and championing the quality agenda.

 

The Corporate Services team provides a good office environment and administrative support for Directors and staff.
