The Lincolnshire Brand Essence and Guidelines - Fresh thinking to bring Lincolnshire and its visitor marketing to life
2009 sees the re-launch of Lincolnshire Tourism’s brand identity for the county.
The original Visit Lincolnshire brand, established in 2003, was built on the values of – “Big Skies, Big Hearts and a Big Vision for a brighter future.” This embraced a unique perspective, not only of our landscape, with its low horizon lines and open views, but also our warmth of welcome and vision for the future. 5 years later as we continued to build on the success of our tourism marketing, the time was right for us to evolve the Visit Lincolnshire brand.
By evolving and developing Lincolnshire’s ‘brand essence’ we can bring everything that is so special about the county to life and through the use of images and words ensure that Lincolnshire gains a place in the hearts and minds of our visitors - both existing and new.
Developed to be an effective and easy to use toolkit for anyone involved in tourism for Lincolnshire these brand guidelines offer the chance to ensure that we are all using similar values, images and expressions in our marketing.
